Looking to purchase a small parcel of land in a quiet country setting. Ideally 0.5 to 1 acre, but open to slightly more or less for the right property.
My goal is to build a small home and create a peaceful place to live for my family. Seeking something with privacy, trees/open space, and reasonable access.
What I’m looking for:
* 0.5 to 1 acre preferred
* Country/rural setting
* Buildable or potentially buildable lot
* Road access preferred
* Utilities nearby is a plus, but not required
I’m a serious buyer and open to owner-financing, contract for deed, or cash depending on the property.
