For Rent-Seasonal Camping Sites. May 1-Oct 1. $3000 for the season. Plus metered electricity. Payment due up front. This is a newly built area with only 6 total sites. All sites are 70' long drive thru lots. Price includes water, sewer and garbage. We are looking for mature, responsible, adults. No loud noise. The sites are set in a quiet, country setting near Mizpah MN. You will see geese, ducks, deer, squirrels, chipmunks, partridge and all kinds of birds and other wildlife. No nightly or weekly camping. We may consider renting by the month. Pets must be leashed at all times and not be allowed to disturb other campers with their barking and etc. RV owners are responsible for insuring their own personal property.

2 Miles to Blue Ox ATV Trail. No trailering necessary
2 Miles to Mizpah. Gas station and liquor store
5 ½ Miles to Northome where you can get groceries, hardware, banking, gas, liquor
26 Miles to to Upper Red Lake
50 MIles to Bemidji
