I have used HK Porter hydraulic cable shear for sale. This unit will shear up to a 3” copper cable. Not to be used on steel. The blades are in great shape, no nicks or galling. It comes with about 15’ of hose. I don’t know what these units run new, but I did find one on line for $2000.00.
