The home is fully furnished with complete kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer extra towels and bed linens. Everything included in rent such as heat/air conditioning, electric and Wi-Fi. We are a fully licensed short-term rental. There are smoke and carbon dioxide detectors throughout the house and a fire extinguisher is prominently located next to the kitchen.
