I have parts available to convert OMC 9.9hp and 15hp boat motors from short to long shaft or vice versa.

Conversions can be done on motors ranging from 1974 to around 2005, both 2 and 4 strokes.

Price ranges a bit, but usually around $225 completed including labor, and can be painted to match factory color.

I also have many used parts available for these and other motors, and repair motors of all brands.
