2005 Yamaha 25hp 4 stroke, the motor is very mechanically sound and runs great, but it is a bit cosmetically challenged...it is sun-faded, decals aren't great, and it is missing half the skeg off the lower unit.

The motor came off a 20' pontoon, and has a 4 blade prop. The prop is good for a pontoon but might need to be changed for a regular boat.

At the moment I have the motor winterized, but I do have video of it running. Power trim/tilt works perfect.

I'm setting a price of $1500 on it, which is already fairly cheap, but I'm also willing to negotiate.

The control box, cables, and wiring harness come with it.
