Requirements:
• Proven experience framing new homes from blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Crew of several dependable workers capable of completing projects efficiently.
• Must have references from previous residential framing projects.
• Own tools and transportation preferred.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and workmanship.
Responsibilities:
• Layout and frame residential homes according to blueprints.
• Install floor systems, walls, roof systems, and structural components.
• Work independently while maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and inspectors as needed.
