Room/basement/garage/other area available (Bemidji)

I am 37/Male, looking for a place to stay starting August or maybe September if need be, somewhere in or near town in Bemidji. I will have to be out of my current place where I rent a room before September. I'm trying to be out of the apartment before the end of August so that it is able to be cleaned the last part of the month. Please, let me know if you have any type of space available. I'm trying to avoid moving somewhere South, but may have to if I can't find something before Fall. I don't make a lot of money, but I could pay $320-400/month. Thank you.
