The body is constructed of unitized riveted aluminum, strong but light. The engine is a 454 cid on a Chevy P30 chassis and has 105898 miles.This RV comes with 2 rooftop AC’s, 2 roof top reversible fans, 2 propane furnaces, a propane water heater, newer Dometic 3-way fridge, propane oven with 4 cooktop burners, a 3 piece bath, cherry wood cabinets, twin rear beds and the sofa pulls out to become a bed. Has a 6.5 KW Onan generator, 4 onboard hydraulic leveling jacks, Air Lift suspension front and back and four tires were replaced 15K miles ago. It has large grey water, freshwater and black water tanks and the batteries have been used for two seasons. We have all the system manuals including the factory build sheets I got from the original owner. This RV has been stored indoors summer and winter for the 17 years we have owned it. Last year was the first time in years that we did not use it and so we’ve decided it’s time to let it go. The RV is located 15 miles north of Warroad MN in Manitoba, Canada.
