This is a 2009 Jayco Eagle 34’ travel trailer with 2 slide outs, full bathroom with shower, and large bedroom with king size bed. The camper is located in Nevis, MN at Eagles Landing resort on Fifth Crow Wing lake where the price also includes the 2026 seasonal campsite fees ($2,800/year) and new 8x16 deck. Amenities at the campsite include access to heated in-ground pool, boat launch/beach access, mini golf, game room (pool, ping pong, fooseball, etc), volleyball court, horseshoes, and private walking trails surrounding the 22 acre compound.
