I have worked part time since the age of 11 and full time since the age of 15. Financially I am extremely responsible but have made two mistakes, selling my home and getting divorced and now in my 40s I'm seeing there maybe no time to recover from those financial mistakes and own a home again in this economy. I would like somewhere I can lay my head after a long day at work that is mine, a peaceful simple life with a small home. Is there anyone who would be willing in this day and age to sell for contract for deed? Or complete hail mary, anyone willing to give me a plot of land? I'd make a good neighborhood as I am essentially a hermit.
