Bunny for rehoming (Bemidji MN)

I have a sweet, neutered male, tricolor mini Rex Bunny I need to rehome. His name is Cosmo, and his previous owners called him happy.

I need to rehome him due to that I no longer have the time to give him proper care. He is approximately 4 years old and is sweet and lets you hold him and he also is very good at getting his nails trimmed and will just sit still. He is also litter trained. And he will come with the rest of his food, litter, and hay.

I also have a brand new rabbit hutch (still in box) that you could buy separately or with him. It wouldn't work for a full-time cage but if he went in there at night and roamed around during the day that would be fine.

I have a rehoming fee to ensure that he goes to a good home that can give him proper loving care.
