Office Coordinor
$20.56 per hour
Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same as the next? In this role, your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission. Support management with administrive duties, including scheduling, travel planning, and routine correspondence.
- Maintain an effective control environment under accounting operions. Includes both Key and non-key controls and extends to the timely upding and modificion of control design.
- Prepare monthly billing for individuals served and assure all tasks are completed for month-end billing.
- Process and post payments received and adjustments for payments and res while maintaining an approprie level of segregion of duties. Maintain files on all monthly invoices.
- Produce, distribute, and maintain monthly accounts receivable reports.
- Serve as a back-up for administrive roles.
Qualificions:
- Associes degree in reled field
- 2-3 years of experience in administrive support or an equivalent combinion of educion and experience
- Strong tention to detail and organizional skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communicion skills to manage relionships
- A reliable, responsible titude and a compassione approach
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
