We're looking for a hardworking, dependable high school or college student (or motivated beginner) to help with daily livestock care, feeding, and equipment operations. Great opportunity to gain real-world ag experience — we train the right person!
Key Responsibilities:
Daily cattle feeding (hay, silage, grain, feed truck/mixer)
Livestock handling, health checks, moving cattle
Operating & maintaining farm machinery (tractors, loaders, bale feeders, feed mixers, mowers, etc.)
Fencing repairs, manure handling, barn/yard maintenance
Assisting with calving, weaning & seasonal tasks
What We're Looking For:
Experience with cattle or machinery preferred — but willing to train motivated HS/college students
Comfortable with tractors/loaders (big plus)
Physically fit, reliable, able to work outdoors in all weather
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be at least 16 years old
Compensation: DOE (starting $15–18/hr depending on experience; )
Hours: Part-time — flexible around school (after-school, evenings, weekends, or full-time summer) Full-time also available
Perfect for FFA/4-H students or anyone wanting hands-on farm experience that looks good on resumes or college apps.
