Avant 528 Loader:
• 245 hours — lightly used and very well taken care of
• Comes with grapple bucket, pallet forks, and material bucket
• Purchased new just a couple of years ago for $55,000 including attachments
• Runs and operates exactly as it should — clean, tight, and reliable
Towmaster 14’ 16K Dump Trailer:
• Fleet maintained at UMD for most of its life — always kept in great shape
• Ramps and tiedowns included in sale
• Everything works as it should, strong hydraulics, no leaks
• Very little rust
• Needs tires
Selling both together for $52,000. At this point, I strongly prefer to sell as a pair.
