What’s included (high-level)
HEPA flow hood (2x2) + stand I built
Sterilization setup: 3× Presto 23qt pressure canners (2 induction-ready + 1 stovetop) + 2 induction burners
4x4 grow tent setup with ventilation/filtration and shelving (5 gallon humidifier included)
(2) 2x4 tents with shelving (colonization/incubation)
Tubs: (12) modified 64qt tubs + approx 40 shoebox tubs w/ lids
Commercial 16-tray dehydrator + grinder + multiple digital scales
Microscopes + CO₂ monitor + jars/lids + bags + tape + buckets + misc lab/grow supplies + substrate supplies
Upon asking i can send you a detailed inventory list that has everything from rolls of tape, boxes of gloves, every item included except some juices that im not sure i can list on here but they are not included in price but are included with equipment at pickup if you want them. I also have about $500 of extras which are free with purchase of whole setup. Lets say they are consumables, nothing illegal but some platforms have their own rules so im just tossing them in for free as incentives.
Load size / transport (read this)
This is a large load: approximately 33 large boxes plus shelving, tents, tubs, dehydrator, buckets,fridge and bundled tent poles (not boxed due to length). I would recommend a box truck or an enclosed trailer for transport

I kept shelving assembled since it’s set up for common grow/colonization configurations, but I can disassemble at pickup if the buyer prefers.

Cash or cashier’s check we will deposit together inside Pine River State Bank during lobby hours which is 10 minutes from my house.
Mon–Thu 8:30am–4:00pm, Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
No personal checks. No shipping. No movers.
Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No returns/refunds after pickup. Buyer may inspect (including opening boxes) before purchase. Full item-by-item inventory check is welcome but plan 2–3 hours if you want to unbox/rebox everything. I do have printed inventory lists to go through everything and also proof of pickup i would ask you to sign verifying you accept everything the way it is. Please don’t be hesitant to ask questions.
