Includes light weight 8 - 10' corral panels which can be made into 2 - 10' x 10' pens or 1 - 20' x 20' pen. New fridge installed approximately 3 years ago. New furnace installed approximately 8 years ago, not used much. The tires put on new approximately 4 years ago, have less 2,000 miles on them.
