This a 1995 international eagle 9000 with a N14 Cummings and a 13speed transmission. Not sure how many miles are on it and what’s been done to the motor. It runs good and shifts good. It does need bushings in the front s- cams which I have not had time to fix that is reflected in the price. The tires are good. I bought because I have a hopper bottom trailer and decided this is to much up keep and insurance for my small farm. I will do my best to answer any question but don’t know a lot about trucks
