I have a live trap designed specifically for beaver. If you have a beaver problem in an area where there are pets running around or you don't want to destroy the animal, a live trap is a great alternative. It's designed to be set in shallow water, maybe 4 to 6" deep. When a beaver swims thru it trips the trigger and the "wings" fold up over the beaver capturing it. Most effective in a narrow waterway where the animal has to swim over the trap. Putting bait on the trigger is another option. Frame is all aluminum so no rust. Very similiar to the "Koro" beaver live trap which is selling for $500 - $850, yes unbelievable. Gonna list it on Ebay
