Bred to black baldy bulls.
Bulls are here on the farm yet.
They’re first, second and third calf cows with one fourth calf cow.
Weigh around 1200 pounds.
Very calm.
Nice uniform group of young cows.
Trained to respect a single poly wire temporary fence.
Cows all come running towards you when you call them.
Feed dry hay over winter and rotational grazed during summer.
Free choice Redmond salt year round.
Just preg checked and confirmed pregnant by Todd county vet.
Bulls went in August 1. Vet said they’re all due in a 6 week window with one possibly due at 8 weeks.
Bred to easy calving bulls so the calves usually come 5-7 days earlier than expected.
Vaccinated August 1 and September 10 with Ultraback 8 and Triangle 10 HB.
Cows are bale grazed through the winter with the calf at their side. Calves were weaned the beginning of February and are still on site. The cows have lots of flesh and are in great shape.
These are home bred cows from a closed herd.
Selling as a group. Price is per head.
Only selling because I’m expanding the cropping side of the farm and need to purchase bigger equipment.
Have an unrelated 3 year old red angus bull that could be sold with these cows.
