John Deere 420 Garden Tractor runs good but the 20 HP Onan engine lopes. Tractor otherwise operates as it should. 2 speed hydrostatic drive with power steering. Mower deck is shaft driven and lifted hydraulically. Has front hydraulic couplers.
This tractor was not used for a number of years. I have just replaced the fuel pump, installed a new seat and painted the cowling but cannot seem to get the engine to quit loping.
