Job Overview:

The Project Builder role is collaborive across the Brand Experience Team and works with the Channel, Go-to-Market, Product, and Sales teams, along with our Dealer partners, to support in-market product experience needs. The primary function of the role is to promote the end-to-end display process(es), from building and maintaining displays, to supporting associed order and inventory management, and faciliting transportion and set up/tear down logistics.

This role supports varied product experience projects, across multiple activions, including events and trade shows, dealer showrooms – and both temporary and permanent installions – often with aggressive deadlines. Success in this role requires a broad skill set, including superior technical/hand skills, ability to read plans and take offs and transle them into built items, along with superior organizional and communicion skills across teams and plforms.

• Responsible for performing the safe operion of equipment per opering procedures; must handle all tooling with care
• Must comply with all safety requirements, including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard opering     procedures, and manufacturing documention
• Work in a fast-paced environment with short-change over times to complete multiple profile work orders per shift
• Perform quality inspections according to established guidelines to ensure parts conform to necessary specificions
• Complete necessary ICIM transactions
• Conduct/support cycle counts and annual inventory review; make recommendions for needed updes/maintenance
• Prep and repair show units for in-market activions
• Installion of upded parts for traveling displays
• Ability to work independently, within the Build group, and across teams to complete work orders
• Maintain accure records of merials use and labor hours for each project
• Steward/support transportion and on-site logistical planning, ensuring all displays are packed properly, arrive safely     and on-time (and with any needed special handling equipment), and partner with onsite vendors for any necessary labor and merial handling needs

• Proactively identify and react to shifting priorities and project changes/adjustments as needed
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex scenarios

• Technical proficiencies, including product knowledge, carpentry/construction skills, and the ability to read schemics       and takeoffs

• Physical demands of the job include:
  • Ability to frequently stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to walk long distances in an industrial setting
  • Range of motion to include reaching for items in bins and on shelves and bending with the their knees for proper lifting    technique
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communicion skills, across plforms and with internal and external partners
• Ability to obtain a Hyster license (forklift operor)
• Travel for setup/tear down and installion of in-market product experience activions

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
