Priced cheap for a reason; Years back when the state was 6 month behind in titling an insurance company didn't want to wait for a title to sell this vehicle so they branded in as Junk because the state doesn't enforce the law regarding Junking certificates of title. when I first bought this at action I forced the state to create one which was a new title that had a red stamp stating "Can not be drove on MN roads. I sold this to a friend who just needed it on his property. Latter he accidentally sent the title into the state who returned him a new title unbranded. Now years later I have it up for sale again. Most likely whoever buys it and attempts to transfer ownership will get a branded Junked title back, with the exception of Anyone who can title a vehicle through the Red Lake DMV because they have the only DMV probably in the United States with no reciprocity to any state so they would be legal to drive. I have a dealer's license so I know how it works. This is why the price is reduced.
