Totally Refurbished 22 ft MISTY HARBOR FISH and CRUISE Pontoon Boat with a great running 2013 60 HP MERCURY EFI 4-STROKE Motor on it that is in Excellent Condition for about half what a new one like this costs these days. My guys put all New Premium Pontoon Furniture in it in May of 2025 so the whole inside looks Nearly New. It has a New Deluxe Reclining High Back Captain's Chair with Arm Rests on a New Sliding Pedestal, a New Premium Big L-Shaped Sofa in the middle and 4 New Fishing Seats in the front and 2 more New Fish Seats in the back 2 corners. My guys installed a Brand New Console along with a New $150 Steering Wheel, New Marine Stereo with Bluetooth, New Live Well, New Depth Finder, New LED Lights and put 2 New Tables on it. They also installed a New Heavy Duty Bimini Top on it (but it does come with a mooring cover.) They previously had installed all New Woven Marine Vinyl Flooring on it. The Marine Vinyl Flooring dries very quickly and is much easier to clean and maintain than carpet ever was and it lasts much longer than carpet ever did! It is slip proof and doesn't get too hot on warm sunny days. The deck is very solid because it was made with 3/4" marine grade plywood. It comes with a good Swim Ladder and has a Pop Up Changing Room (although it doesn't have a curtain.) Both pontoons are in Excellent Condition. They have never leaked or had any repair work done on them. They were both recently pressure tested and did not have any leaks in them. The railing are in very good condition, except for a few minor dings and dents and some weathering and fading of the decals. It is currently registered in Minnesota and I have a clear title for it in my name.
Please Note: I took all of these pictures on October 3rd of 2025. Also Note: This boat and motor were only been rented out for a total of 3 months altogether.

It comes with a great running 2013 60 HP MERCURY EFI 4-STROKE Motor with Power Trim and Tilt on it. This boat and motor were in use on quite a few different lakes for 3 months this summer and it was starting right up with a turn of the key and running exceptionally well during all that time just as it was still running great when I took it for a run around a lake near my shop and took all of these photos of it on the water on October 3rd! All of the EFI 4-Stroke Motors are widely known to be the best outboard motors ever made. They are much quicker and easier to start, run a lot quieter, smoother and cleaner and get much better gas mileage than the older carbureted 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors ever did. The EFI outboard motors do not have chokes (that often flood engines) and they don't have any carburetors, which frequently got fouled up and dirty over the years. Cleaning and rebuilding carburetors was always one of the most common and expensive repair costs for many used outboard motors for many years. This motor was checked out, tuned up, serviced and run my Marine Mechanic in May before I started renting it out. He changed the oil filter and motor oil were as well as the grease in the lower unit at the same time. It has an extra large Built-In Gas Tank. This boat was manufactured in 2002; but the whole inside of it was Totally Refinished in May of 2025.

You can now buy it now without a trailer for $18,900 or you can buy it for $21,000 with a good used Dual Axle Scissors Trailer or for $22,500 with a Brand New Dual Axle Bunk Trailer. Or I can deliver it if you don't want to buy a trailer. If you buy it now, I'm willing to pay my marine mechanic to winterize and shrink wrap it and then store it by my shop until spring for free. I will also guarantee it will start up and run very well and that the pontoons won't leak when it is put in a lake in the spring.
